		Yes! We can help you in several ways. You can: Search for locations from this site! Our NEW online location finding service enables you to search for and find the types of property, place or location that you are looking for – with images! Our Locations office is open Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm and we are always on hand to help you find the perfect location. We have a photographic location library of over 7,000 locations. Contact us to discuss your needs and we can send you photographic examples by email.

	•	Do you charge for your location finding service?
		We provide a FREE service to production companies, location managers and location owners. We are a non-profit-making organisation and we receive funding from local government and the UK Film Council to enable us to offer this service.

	•	How do I put my property on your Locations database?
		Out photographic library with currently over 7,000 locations is regularly used by filmmakers selecting locations for their productions. If you are interested in placing your property with us select this link to request a location form.

		IMPORTANT – the information we hold is strictly confidential, not in the public domain, and is only used by film production companies and local film studios.

	•	Do you have a directory/ list of crew and facilities in the East of England?

	•	How much should I charge for the use of my property for filming?
		There are no set charges that apply. It will depend on a number of factors including the type of your property, the size of the crew, the length of stay and the type of production. A documentary maker is not going to have the same budget as a feature film. Contact us and we can offer you advice on location fees.

	•	I am a no/low budget/student filmmaker and I would like to film at a mansion house or similar, in the East of England. Can you make any suggestions?
		We would suggest that you approach friends and family for help to avoid paying high location fees. However, some location owners are open to negotiation.

	•	I am based in the East of England. Can I register my CV with you?
		Yes you can. Production companies filming in the East of England often use our extensive crew database. Please select this link to request a crew/personnel form.

	•	My facilities company is in the East of England, how can you help?
		We hold a database of facilities and services and we are often the first point of contact for production companies looking for services. If you would like to be added to our database to enable us to refer production companies to you, please request a facilities form.

		Yes, we can provide you with details of police & council contacts, Accident & Emergency & local police stations. Contact us for more information.

	•	Do you have a work experience programme?
		Yes, we run a work experience programme in our locations department throughout the year. During term time a lot of placements are reserved for 15-16 year olds. However, we do offer opportunities to 17-19 year olds or adults interested in learning more about sourcing locations for film and TV production. If you are interested, please contact us for more information. This programme operates on an un-paid basis, however we may be able to pay travel expenses in some circumstances.
